Yes, local orders over our delivery threshold ship free. Everywhere else, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.
What is the size & fit guarantee?
If a collar or harness doesn’t fit, contact us within 30 days and we’ll exchange it for the right size at no cost.
What's your return policy?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
